Daniel practices in helping clients with a number of intellectual property related issues, particularly in trademarks and copyrights. Daniel, having a background in communications and advertisement, offers clients unique insight and services in the protection of their intellectual property. He also has helped clients with a number of business related matters including business entity formation and litigation.

Before attending law school, Daniel worked for three years with Brigham Young University's Daily Universe newspaper, particularly working with businesses in developing advertisements. Additionally, while in law school Daniel earned an emphasis in intellectual property law.
