Our law clerks have the opportunity to work and gain experience in a wide range of legal issues in both technology and business. We look for applicants who have strong backgrounds in the sciences and in business. Our work atmosphere is close and collaborative, and we look for applicants who will complement our passion for technology and business. 

 

Law clerks will work with our attorneys in legal matters including the formation of companies, drafting patent applications, responding to patent and trademark office actions, and assist with legal research on a variety of legal issues.
